Echo. AI email that sounds like you.
Echo reads your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, schedules meetings, pulls templates, and runs light sequences. One assistant for the work that fills your day, built for people who live in email and don't want a tool that sounds like a robot wrote it.
Drafts are generated from your own writing. Echo learns a personal tone from the emails you've already sent, then asks one or two clarifying questions before it writes, so the draft lands closer to send-ready on the first pass. Teams can share a writing style across the org, so your sales replies sound like sales and your support replies sound like support.
Echo connects to Gmail and Outlook, schedules through Google Calendar, drops Meet or Teams links inline, and pulls files from Drive. Sequences run from your own mailbox, with auto-stop on reply and a suppression list, so light outreach stays on your domain, not a third-party sender.
What it does.
Reads your inbox
Gmail and Outlook over OAuth. Thread list with filters, full-text search, and a 'needs reply' view. Attachments fetched on demand, never stored.
Drafts in your voice
Personal tone trained on your sent emails. Intent classification, clarifying questions, and a self-check pass to catch hallucinated facts.
Org tone profiles
Named writing styles (Sales, Support, Executive) with AI-generated plain-English style guides, shared across the team.
Smart templates
Shared org and personal templates with variables, AI-fill, categories, and usage tracking. A starter pack on day one.
Light sequences
Static drip campaigns sent from your own mailbox. Auto-stop on reply, manual stop, and a suppression list. Cron-driven, not a sending service.
Meetings and Drive
Google Calendar event listing, inline Meet and Teams link creation, and a Drive file picker that attaches straight to drafts.
Your writing stays yours.
Echo is built with the same security-first principles we apply to client work. Email content is never persisted, OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and content is fetched on demand from your provider, not warehoused on our side.
- Email bodies and attachments are never written to our database.
- OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest.
- On-demand fetch from Gmail and Microsoft Graph, no mirrored mailbox.
- Per-IP rate limiting and audit logging on every action (no raw email bodies in audit trails).
- GDPR-aligned posture by design, not bolted on before launch.
